Direct Fit Installation, Requires No Modifications aFe Control introduces these Sway-A-Way High Performance replacement Rear Coilovers for the 6th Gen Ford Bronco. These specifically designed 2.5" diameter direct fit Coilovers feature the same race winning engineering and components that have 20+ years of testing. With application specific damping curves, these coilovers won’t sacrifice any on-road comfort or off-road control. This package is designed as a direct fit application and requires no modifications to the vehicle. These Sway-A-Way coilovers are designed to work with the factory rear control arms and allow for 11.5” of wheel travel, without binding joints or overextending brake lines. (A trackbar relocation bracket is recommended if adjusting the lift height over 2.0”). The kit comes pre-set for 2.0" of lift, but includes a spanner wrench to adjust your ride height from 1.0 to 3.0 inches of lift, to find the perfect blend of performance and style. Sway-A-Way’s new 2.5 Series Mid-Speed Compression Adjusters mount directly into the remote reservoir. Offering 16 clicks of resolution, the compression adjuster can go from the unrestricted, fully open (soft) position, to the fully closed (hard) position – offering up to a 200% increase in dampi ng force, in just two full turns of the GF polymer adjuster knob. Rebound damping will remain unaffected regardless of the setting and valving combination chosen. Constructed from billet 6061-T6 aluminum, the red anodized and laser etched housing is built to withstand the harshest of environments wi th excellent corrosion resistance.
