Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Items ship within the United States only. Orders over $100 ship free. Most shipping rates are weight based. Shipping companies require weights be rounded up to the next full pound Shipping and delivery date estimates are based on an item’s availability and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may not appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returns:

Pro Trucks and Cars is happy to accept returns within 30 days from order. A restocking fee of 20% with a $4.99 minimum is charged on all returns. Orders must be returned New, Unused/Unmounted and in the original packaging. Wheels are not returnable once a tire has been mounted. Please confirm fit before mounting any tire.  There will be no exceptions. A 20% re packaging fee will be charged on all items not returned in it’s original packaging. All items will be inspected upon return. Items found to have excessive wear, damage or use may be returned back to you. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns. Any "freebies" or gift cards included with your purchase must also be returned with the part or the retail amount of the freebie will be deducted from the refund.

Exclusions and Exceptions:

Unless under a valid and verified warrantable issue the following items are not returnable.

Items deemed hazardous. This includes but is not limited to:

• lithium batteries
• paints
• fire extinguishers
• cleaners/chemicals that require an ORM-D label.
• Programmers, Tuners and Software are also non-returnable.
