TIG Welded Inlet Ports This system produced gains of up to +24 HP and +17 lbs. x Ft. TQ., as measured on our in-house dyno. This system is constructed of 1-7/8" - 2-1/8"- 2-3/4” mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. Tri-Y designed with optimized tube lengths and specifically tuned paired opposite firing cylinders to improve cylinder scavenging, exhaust flow, and performance. These Headers includes an auxiliar y O2 bung and plug for either a wide-band O2 sensor or other instrumentation. TIG Welded inlet ports for strength, eliminating flange warpage, and improves exhaust flow. Factory style laser cut 304 stainless steel flanges are used for a secure leak-free seal. This system has been designed to retain all factory sensors and is compatible with the factory catalytic converters for a hassle-free installation. Includes manifold bolts and factory gaskets for a direct bolt-on system. No cutting or modifications required. These headers produces a powerful sound unleashing all available horsepower and t orque. Utilizing state-of-the-art computer-aided design technology, these headers are designed for custom, high tolerance factory fitment.
